Instructions for Common Tasks

This page has a list of common tasks such as reserving a room or submitting a newsletter article. It will be added to incrementally as procedures are written.


Reserving a room: To reserve a room for a meeting or event, one needs to contact the church office and place the event on the church calendar. One can e-mail information to the office, as documented in the calendar instructions, or one can submit a Building Use Request Form.


Old Instructions: A previous draft of an instruction page, edited to remove the totally obsolete, leaving stuff that may still be useful.
