The Board of Trustees of the Paint Branch Unitarian Universalist Church (the Board) hereby establishes a Site Improvement Committee (SIC). The SIC mission is to: Improve the current accessibility of the church, enabling all members to enjoy both the buildings and grounds more fully; Increase our stewardship of the Paint Branch Tributary that flows through our property; Further beautify the grounds to make PBUUC appear more welcoming and; Unify the two Church buildings to the extent possible and explore completion of the Meeting House Basement.
The SIC is being established to deal with the large scope of work needed to improve the buildings and grounds and to manage a Capital Campaign and other fundraising endeavors to support site improvements to the Church property. The work of the SIC will require several years of planning, fundraising and final implementation that cannot be managed except through a unified effort.
