Mediation Program
Paint Branch has a Mediation Program for individuals and groups within the congregation. Two experienced mediators are available to help resolve occasional frictions that might otherwise jeopardize personal relationships, group effectiveness, or congregational harmony. No one likes disputes, of course, but if one occurs, these mediators can work with the involved parties in a voluntary, confidential, and non-adversarial process.
