Paint Branch Unitarian Universalist Church is a beautiful location for YOUR special event...an idyllic setting for weddings, receptions, concerts, birthdays, anniversaries, or other cultural/social events. And the rates are affordable for even the smallest groups.
Nestled in virgin woods surrounding the Paint Branch stream which flows into the Northeast Branch of the Anacostia River, our convenient location is only one mile outside the Washington Beltway in western Prince George's County, near the Montgomery County line. Our large, panoramic deck is ideally suited for indoor and outdoor events.
For those not familiar with Unitarian Universalism, we are a Church without creed or dogma. Our walls are decorated with contemporary art works rather than religious symbols. Persons of all faiths, or no faith, are welcome to our services and feel "at home" in our beautiful sanctuary. We welcome all without regard to race, color, social status, sex, disability, sexual orientation, age, or national origin, and without requiring adherence to any particular interpretation of religion or to any particular religious belief or creed.

Our hourly rates are listed below (minimum two hours). The security deposit (one-third of the total) must accompany the signed contract to reserve any of the rooms. The full contract amount must be received no later than seven days prior to the event. Events must end by 11 p.m. and the building vacated by midnight.
No church facilities are available for rent Sunday morning.

The rate for a reherasl in conjunciton with a wedding or similar event is $50.00 per hour.
Discounts are available for multi-day or ongoing events, for non-profit organizations providing services to the community, and/or events sponsored by a PBUUC member, under certain conditions. Please inquire for details.
